十月上海水展 | 东阳：基于多源数据与模型驱动的超大型城市排水系统韧性提升研究与实践

在极端气候频发、城市更新推进以及排水安全压力持续加大的背景下，城市排水系统建设正在由传统设施补短板，逐渐向数字化监测、系统化治理与韧性增强方向转型。排水管网、内涝防控以及污水收集处理效能，已经成为城市水安全管理中的核心课题。如何借助智能感知、数据分析与工程技术手段，增强城市应对强降雨、内涝及管网运行风险的能力，是排水行业不断探索的重要课题。

Aquatech China将于10月28日下午，携手上海市排水行业协会，在上海新国际博览中心 E6 馆水科学论坛区 AquaAcademy 举行“排水系统数字化与城市韧性建设前沿研讨会”。本次论坛围绕污水收集处理设施效能提升、排水管网智能感知、内涝防治技术及韧性排水设施建设等议题，汇集行业协会、主管部门、设计院及排水系统专家代表，共同研讨城市排水系统数字化升级与韧性提升的新路径。

个人简介

东阳，教授级工程师，清华大学博士，现任上海市政工程设计研究总院（集团）有限公司智慧水务院副总工程师，同时担任中国城镇供水排水协会青年工作者委员会委员、上海市国资系统青年联合会委员。长期致力于韧性城市建设、智慧市政基础设施、城市水系统分析关键技术研发与实践，主持及参与科研课题30项，编写智慧市政相关专著和标准9项。在水务数字孪生与模型算法领域持续创新，攻克了工艺仿真、复杂系统模型构建等多项技术难题，并专注于核心算法与平台载体的深度融合，打造了以监控巡检、故障诊断、风险预警和应急处置为核心的应用场景，相关项目多次入选住建部智慧水务典型案例、上海市智慧水利优秀案例。个人曾获中国城镇供水排水协会科学技术奖特等奖、上海市东方英才计划青年项目、上海市青年科技启明星、福建省“数据要素×”大赛一等奖。

Yang Dong, Professor‑level Engineer, Ph.D. from Tsinghua University. She currently serves as Deputy Chief Engineer of Smart Water Design & Research Institute, Shanghai Municipal Engineering Design Institute (Group) Co., Ltd. She is also a member of the Youth Workers Committee of China Urban Water Association, and a member of the Youth Federation of Shanghai State‑owned Assets System. She has long been engaged in research and practical work on resilient city development, smart municipal infrastructure, and key‑technology R&D for urban water‑system analysis. She has led and participated in 30 research projects, and compiled 9 monographs and standards related to smart municipal engineering. She has achieved pioneering innovations in the fields of water affairs digital twin and model algorithms, tackling multiple technical challenges including process simulation and complex system model construction. Meanwhile, she focuses on the in depth integration of core algorithms and platform carriers, and has developed core application scenarios featuring monitoring & inspection, fault diagnosis, risk early warning and emergency response. Projects she participated in have been repeatedly selected as Typical Cases of Smart Water Affairs issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development, as well as Excellent Cases of Smart Water Conservancy of Shanghai.Her personal accolades include the Special Prize of Science and Technology Award of China Urban Water Association, Shanghai Oriental Talent Program (Youth Project), Shanghai Youth Science and Technology Rising Stars, and the First Prize of Fujian “Data Elements ×” Competition.

演讲简介

厂站网一体化智慧管理是增强城市复杂排水系统韧性的重要途径。通过融合遥感、物联网监测等多源数据，建立了城市排水系统韧性评估框架，构建了城市排水系统高精度水力模型，并对水力模型概化、监测布局优化、参数率定验证及模型整合应用等难点问题进行了深入研究。研究成果以排水系统智慧管理平台为依托，已应用于现状能力评估、重点问题诊断、风险预报预警和运行管控优化等场景，为排水系统的精准化管控与韧性提升提供科学依据与决策支撑。

Integrated intelligent management of plants, stations and networks serves as a vital approach to enhancing the resilience of complex urban drainage systems. Based on the fusion of multi-source data such as remote sensing and IoT monitoring, a resilience assessment framework for urban drainage systems has been constructed, alongside high-precision hydraulic models of urban drainage networks. This study conducts in-depth research on challenging issues including hydraulic model generalization, optimization of monitoring layout, parameter calibration and validation, as well as model integration and application. Embodied in the smart drainage system management platform, the research outcomes have been deployed in scenarios such as current capacity evaluation, key problem diagnosis, risk forecasting and early warning, and operation control optimization. The results provide scientific evidence and decision support for precise management and resilience improvement of urban drainage systems.
